Your function : The Johnson & Johnson Global Traineeship program is a dynamic, two-year rotational program for high-potential candidates around the world who have exceptional drive and determination to succeed in the Engineering, Operations and Quality areas.
You will have a unique opportunity to build truly global networks during three 8-month long job rotations within the Pharmaceutical, and Medical Devices & Diagnostics business segments in Belgium. As a trainee, you will participate in focused classroom development training where you will learn new leadership and technical skills which, combined with the opportunity to apply this business knowledge in a challenging manufacturing environment, makes this opportunity one which will take you and your career further.
In the space of just two years, each participant will experience a diverse set of assignments such as:
- Manage the production and distribution of products and services
- Build new facilities, renovate or maintain existing facilities
- Maintain or improve manufacturing operational cost, efficiency, capacity, and compliance
- Design or re-design new products, processes, or equipment
- Maintain quality and regulatory compliance
The program is comprised of activities that include auditing, planning, completing design specifications, developing design standards, executing process validation, and providing regulatory submissions to State, and Federal Agencies.
