. On a daily basis, you are responsible for the running of a part of the ¿Service Desk¿ daily
services.
. You are one of the key contacts for customers and contractors concerning the different
technical problems received by the Service Desk. You answer the calls, log them into our FM
tool and provide the necessary and appropriate follow up.
. You assist the Technical Manager and the Contract Manager on the building inspections or
for special interventions or emergencies. You will also perform some technical tasks.
. You are responsible for the coordination of all kinds of projects.
. You perform/assist in the Customer Satisfaction surveys as well as in the Service audits.
. You are responsible for maintaining a high standard of quality, to ensure that the calls and
problems are solved within the foreseen terms of the SLA¿s.
. You report to the technical manager and to the Contract Manager.
Profil
Profile:
. We are looking for a technical minded person level A1 or equivalent (minimum level A2) due
to their experience in electro-mechanics or electricity or HVAC for the maintenance of
buildings and its technical equipments.
. It is a must that you have effective capacities in problem solving, you take the initiative when
tackling tasks, you are result orientated, flexible and have an eye for detail.
. You are procedure minded (reports, ISO etc.) with the ability to prioritise and take initiatives.
. You are autonomous, rigorous, open minded, pragmatic, determined and oriented towards
obtaining the best result.
. You are trilingual: Dutch (good), French (good) and English (at least basic knowledge) both
written and spoken.
. You have good computer knowledge in working at least with Excel, Word and Outlook.
