Service Coördinator

Description de la fonction

· As a Service Coordinator, you are in charge of all support tasks with regards to customer service activities of the assigned business and region;
· You are responsible for the order entry and order follow up of spare parts, including return material approvals, quotation, invoicing and follow up of the spare parts orders with the planning and production department;
· You coordinate the shipments of the spare parts and make sure that all spare parts are at the right place on the right time;
· You are point of contact for customers worldwide and have various internal contacts (sales, service, planning, production, traffic,...);
· Finally, you report to the Service Desk Manager.

Profil

Opleiding: Hoger niet univ KT/Bachelor

Talenkennis: Engels (Vlot), Nederlands (Perfecte kennis), Frans (Vlot)

Profiel:

· You have a bachelor degree (or equivalent by experience) with a first working experience in a similar position, preferably in an international, industrial environment;

· You can work independently and you have the necessary maturity and skills to communicate with costumers and other (internal) stakeholders to send the process in the correct direction;

· You have excellent organization skills and can keep an excellent overview of your tasks;

· Finally, you are computer literate and fluent in Dutch, English and French; knowledge of other languages is an important asset
