As Senior Sales Manager you define business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options and preparing a sales plan. In addition to your own initiatives, you manage and coach the sales team (5), work closely with senior sales persons in other geographic regions as well as the Operations, Purchasing and SHEQ teams. You maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Working alongside the operational and technical team, you ensure that the solution is deliverable and that the service quality is maintained to the customers satisfaction.
