We are looking for a pro-active all-round recruiter, who is interested in the diversity of Deloitte's internal services portfolio (IT, Facilities, HR, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Management Assistants, Reception Desk, …) and has experience in strategically using and evaluating the different sourcing channels, in order to find the right candidate for the job (i.e. not "one-size-fits-all-thinking").
- You will be responsible for the recruitment of senior and management profiles for our internal Shared Services Center, as well as for specific support roles in the Business Units.
- You will establish solid relationships with the Line Management and HR Account Manager of the Internal Services, and together you will define and validate the job content and the expected candidate's profile.
- You will be responsible for your own "pipeline" of candidates by customizing the sourcing channels and approach which are most appropriate for the specific job-search / target audience.
- You will manage the complete selection process: CV screening through our web based software tool, online testing, interviewing and making recommendations to the Management. You will also prepare offers with HR Account Manager and discuss them with the selected candidates.
- You will be in charge of weekly and monthly recruiting reporting to the Management and pro-active recommendations in order to optimize the process and reduce the recruitment lead time.
- You have the opportunity to initiate or participate in HR-projects (e.g. targeted selection interview training for managers).
- As a team player, you will work closely with other members of the Recruitment Team.
- Your official location will be Diegem office, with minor travelling to the other Deloitte offices involved.
