KPMG People & Change Advisory focuses on the human capabilities in an organization and helps clients develop strategies for the attraction, development, motivation, retention and management of the right people with the right skill sets and right experiences to deliver on the goals of the organization. Focusing on the HR function, we assist clients in developing corresponding HR strategies, programs and plans designed to enable the HR function and line management to implement appropriate and customized strategies with regard to their organization's human capabilities.
As a Senior Management Assistant within the People & Change practice, you are of vital importance to the optimal functioning of our Managers', Directors' and Partners' secretariates.
Within this position you will:
•Be responsible for the agenda management of several people.
•Organize meetings and conferences (locally and internationally).
•Handle in a proactive way all incoming electronic mail.
•Prepare & review client reports, proposals and presentations.
•Provide administrative training support (registrations / travels / accommodations) .
•Update cv's & complete timecards.
•Manage the CRM database.
•Administrating the departmental invoicing
•Filing and document management
•Answering internal and external phone calls
