Profil
Job Requirements: - At least 3 years of hands-on SAP CRM* experience (profound functional knowledge of SAP CRM*) - Knowledge or experience in CRM 7.0 - Functional knowledge of at least 2 out of 3 key areas (Marketing, Sales, Service) - Functional knowledge of the channels (Interaction Center, E-Commerce, Channel Management, Access Modes, Analytics) - Basic technical skills (debugging/ABAP) - SAP certificates or other certificates are a plus Profile: - University degree or equivalent by experience (Economics, Commercial Engineer, Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Computer Sciences) - Excellent interpersonal skills and a mature, professional appearance - Efficient planning and organization skills - Eager to learn - Client-oriented Languages: - Fluent in Dutch and/or French, very good knowledge of English * CRM: Customer Relationship Management
