Sales Administration & Logistic Manager FR/AN

For one of our client in Louvain-la-Neuve, we are looking for a Sales Administration and Logistic Manager
Your goal is to manage the entire ordering cycle and to enhance the business development in order to ensure sustainability and agents’ satisfaction. You will report directly to the General Manager and will have a central role, interacting with other departments of the company. The Sales Administration and Logistics Manager will be responsible for the following:
Management, supervision & coaching of a team of 4-5 Sales Administration executives, whose tasks consist of:
Reception and control of orders terms
Issuance of sales pro-forma invoice
Reception and control of the terms of the documentary credit, with possible requests for amendments
Confirm purchase orders with the factory
Follow-up the production on a weekly basis in order to respect contractual delivery time
Control of shipping marks prior to the production
Organize the loading program and international transportation
Update and maintain delivery/shipment schedule
Coordinate clearance operation and shipments to/from agents and factories
Prepare the export documentation in strict conformity with the buyer’s request, in order to avoid any discrepancy
Strict respect of the internal procedures for orders management
Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to administrative order processing and relevant logistics aspects faced by the team
Ability to lead and manage staff
Communication skills both orally and written, with customers and internally. Perfect writing/editorial skills
Reactivity. Ability to multi-task. Respectful of deadlines and strict follow-up of the company’s procedures
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Critical constructive sense
Ability to work independently
Must be detail-oriented
Proficient use of MS Office Suite
We offer you a long-term contract preceded by an interim period. You will have a salary package depending on your experience.
