Achieving this by coordinating, motivating and managing local sales teams of distributors. This implies also involvement and coordination in large construction projects. You will monitor the performance of each sales territory within the region to assure maximum sales volume with a wide variety of products. Furthermore you monitor and ensure that the sales objectives are met within the aligned budget. in

• Affinity or experience in the construction world or related industries.
• Strong coordination talent with excellent presentation and verbal skills.
• Decision making ability.
• Integrity, professionalism, maturity and passion are core values.
• Good knowledge, spoken and written, of English and Dutch, or French.
• Liking to travel throughout the EMEA area on regularly basis.
• Minimum Bachelor education or Master.
