Le Consultant en recrutement est un spécialiste en recrutement dans le secteur Engineering. Il/elle est responsable de la procédure de search and match de candidats. Un consultant en recrutement entretient un certain nombre de contacts commerciaux. Il/elle effectue la procédure de recrutement avec un focus commercial envers les clients et les candidats.
Le Consultant en recrutement est chargé des activités de recrutement temporaire et permanent.
Contacts commerciaux
* Présentation de candidats potentiels aux clients
* Suivi de la procédure de sélection chez ces clients
* Proposition proactive de candidats intéressants aux clients et prospects
* Exécution de visites commerciales
Search, recrutement et matching
* Recrutement et matching de candidats
* Entretien de relations professionnelles avec les candidats
* A travers une analyse approfondie, établissement des profils exigés par les clients
* Etablissement et placement des annonces pour attirer les candidats adéquats
* Recherche active de candidats via les canaux de recrutement et le networking
* Sélections basées sur le CV, screening téléphonique et des entretiens approfondis
* Testing des compétences dans le domaine engineering ainsi que la personnalité des candidats
Profil
* Niveau Master ou Bachelor
* 2-4 ans d'expérience professionnelle
* Expertise dans le secteur engineering
* Orientation commerciale afin d'attirer les bons talents
