RECEPTIONIST

You will be part of a team which is responsible for the professional reception of guests. You care and ensure that all guests and Deloitte personnel receive the highest quality of service and attention.
- You are able to respond to telephone queries in the three languages: Dutch, French and English;
- You register and confirm internally the arrival of guests;
- You manage daily meetings and reconfirm future booking requirements;
- You check all meeting rooms on a daily basis and arrange catering for meetings as required;
- You provide badges to all guests and Deloitte personnel;
- You help Deloitte personnel with administrative requests where possible.
Profil
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English;
- You will be working 6 hours a day Monday to Friday, in a shift system, one week from 8.00am to 2pm, and the other week from 12am to 6pm;
- You have at least a secondary school degree or equivalent preferably in office management;
- You are very accurate and punctual;
- You are stress resistant, assertive and pro-active;
- You are helpful, friendly and polite;
- Your aim is to provide flawless service to internal and external clients;
- You help improve the service of our team;
- You have a hands-on personality;
- You have good communication skills and have excellent organizational skills;
- You must be flexible and willing to work additional hours to cover for sickness, holidays, etc.
