Purchase Assistant

Description de la fonction

To fill in an open position in the procurement team of non-production related materials, equipment and services, we are looking for a contract buyer. He/she will be responsible for:
· Processing of new purchase requests into purchase orders conform the requirements of the internal customer ;
· Ensuring that the necessary management information systems remains up to date ;
· Processing of invoice deviations ;
· Maintaining the NPP related pages on BarcoZone ;
· Data gathering to compile KPI reporting ;
· Providing suggestions to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, quality of procedures, instructions, tools and templates.

Profil

Opleiding: Hoger niet univ KT/Bachelor

Talenkennis: Engels (Vlot), Nederlands (Perfecte kennis), Frans (Vlot)

Profiel:

· You have a bachelor degree or equal by experience ;

· Preferably + 2 years of (purchasing) experience ;

· User knowledge of purchasing related procedures and instructions ;

· Good knowledge of ERP (BaaN, SAP) ;

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint ;

· Proficient in English. Knowledge of other languages is an asset
