Project Assistant

Within the Clinical Development Department located in our office in Brussels we are looking for a Project Assistant. As a Project Assistant you will provide vital support for clinical research projects with our start up team.
Main responsibilities will include
• Providing general administrative support for project team members
• Maintaining of project files and documentation in an orderly manner
• Coordinating travel
• Assisting in the organisation of meetings
• Maintain tracking databases
• Other ad hoc tasks associated with clinical trials and office administration as required.
Profil
• Excellent English, Dutch and French
• Prior clinical research experience preferred
• Advanced skills across all of the Microsoft packages
• Bachelors degree or higher
• Strong interpersonal skills and high attention for detail
• Self motivated, positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
