Job Description : - control, assess, evaluate and monitor the process and product quality in the production process perform process and product quality audits within the production process compile audit reports and subsequent corrective action reports follow-up on the actions from audits perform follow-up audits - implement and execute corrective actions within the production process analyse reported quality problems with parts and products, reported by the PQC department and reported by customers compile corrective action reports upon rejections, both internal and customer complaints follow-up implementation of corrective actions provide and report the quality metrics - support and manage the launch of new parts and/or new processes, as well as changes to parts and/or processes : establish the quality follow-up within the process of production start-up of new parts, as well as within the change process monitor and manage quality performance during the start-up phase or during implementation of changes - continuously improve quality performance within the production process identify improvement potential, ba
