"The customer service officer is focused on processing customer orders and ensuring effective service and administrative support for the assigned customers
"You will coordinate communication between the customers and the suppliers
With the sales department, warehouse, finance department etc
"Furthermore you deliver a client-first service to your contacts, you are on the lookout for problems and solve them as fast as possible.
"You inform clients when they have questions and give them quotations for standard products by means of efficient, friendly and prompt communication
"In addition you do the sales administration and analyze results to make sales reportings
Profil
"You have a bachelor degree with a minimum two years of relevant experience
"You have strong organizational and communication skills
"You have an excellent command of English both written and spoken. Any additional language is a plus
"Good working knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of JD Edwards is an asset
