Description de la fonction
"You are responsible for a correct and swift follow-up of the client's payments through different communication channels.
"You will contact clients by telephone, mail and e-mail about their payments
"You can actively search for solutions, together with the clients, to make sure payment can follow as soon as possible
"You will collaborate with the finance department and in consultation with the senior credit controller you can decide to block shipments
Profil
"You have Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience
"Excellent spoken and written Spanish and English language skills is key in this function! Knowledge of any other language is an asset
"You have experience with client contacts and you master MS Office, Excel in particular
"You are a prompt and assertive communicator and a true problem solver
"In addition, you have strong organizational skills and the ability to work meticulously
"Knowledge of JD Edwards or SAP is a plus
