Outbound Supervisor (m/v) te Heverlee
Description de la fonction
- You coordinate the efforts of the outbound team and you motivate your team members on a daily basis.
- You do the follow-up on progress in personal and business development of all outbound calls.
- You implement a clear and frequent communication structure with local sales offices.
- You ensure proper documentation of all outbound activity in the CRM system.
- You organize product/sales/phone skill trainings based upon needs of the team or individuals.
- You consolidate and report the results of the outbound team.
- You work on fine-tuning the outbound daily customer approach to maximize results.
- You are active on a smaller region in outbound calling to be in constant direct contact with the typical aftermarket customer.
Profil
- You have obtained at least a bachelor degree (preferably commercial)
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in international outbound activity.
- You have an excellent knowledge of English + an additional European language. Any other third language would be an asset.
- You have excellent communication skills and very client-oriented
- You are a natural team leader and self-starter.
- You are highly self-motivated and are able to motivate others.
- You have very good relationship development skills.
- You have very good knowledge of MS-Office. Experience with industrial products and CRM software is an asset.
- You are flexible and you are not afraid of traveling abroad.
