As a meetings and events coordinator you will have the logistical responsibility for several events per year including meetings, events and conferences of different sizes.
- Concept and presentation of proposal to clients (concept, creativity, planning, timeline, budget)
- Logistics management (venue and supplier selection, negotiation and contracting, registration management, accommodation management and travel arrangements)
- Coordination of tasks within the team
- Participating in event debriefs, gathering client feedback
- Budget control (budgeting, invoicing, accounting, reconciliation and closure)
- Deliver meetings and events on time within budget, meeting and exceeding client's expectations
