To support the General Counsel, our client is currently looking for a Legal Counsel (m/f) for the Benelux region.

As a Legal Counsel you will support the Schindler business and report to the General Counsel. .
Your main responsibilities include:
- offer legal advice, draft commercial agreements, lead negotiations and follow up litigations.
- compliance: you will give training and create awareness of the business for the Schindler Code of Conduct.
- be the single point of contact in the Benelux for all questions, training and litigation regarding Public Tendering.
You have obtained a Master in law.
You have 3 to 6 years of experience in a law firm or in a private company and you have been exposed to commercial litigation.
You are fluent in English, French and Dutch.
Your business-minded approach helps you translate your legal expertise into customer-oriented solutions.
You have strong organization skills.
You are able to work independently and can easily create a network within the company.
You communicate orally as well as written in a clear, concise and diplomatic way.
You have a discrete, diplomatic and mature attitude and you are self-confident.
You work efficiently and are reliable.
You will work in Brussels. Regular travel to Zwijndrecht and Namur is required, and occasional travel to Luxembourg.
