Lead Enterprise Architect

As a Lead Enterprise Architect you have the responsibility to consolidate the 'Integration Architecture' and 'Functional Architecture' across the different development areas within the TELCO and IS domains.
The Lead Enterprise Architect:
- Plans, organizes, co-ordinates and consolidates the Architecture Definition across the ITN development community, either for Functional Architecture or for Integration Architecture
- Is responsible for overall long-term planning: produces the Master Plan (Long-term Planning). (refer Process TECHPLAN)
- Contributes to large development programs which are led by corporate strategy, by identifying transversal architectural impacts and opportunities.
- Co-operates with Strategic Planners within the Strategy Dept, in a joint objective of facilitating the creation of an integrated company strategy which includes the Architectural dimensions.
- Gives Coaching and support to Enterprise and Domain Architects.
- Contributes to developing strategic technological concepts and business cases (the development of the concept/ business case being led either by corporate strategy, marketing or technical dpt) which he presents/defends to his senior management for further decision or action.
- Co-operates with FT/Orange Group level architecture community to integrate the treated topics into a local context.
- Organizes participation, communication and reporting on Architecture programs (e.g. Network, Billing, CRM, …)
- Contributes and participates to the Architecture Governance process through Architecture Decision Board (ADB) and Architecture Review Committee (ARC) platforms.
Profil
- You have a university degree with a at least 10 years of experience in an IT- or Telecom environment in a large company.
- You have at least 4 years experience as an Enterprise or Domain Architect.
- Very good planning & organization skills.
- Conceptual skills : developing abstract concepts by thinking globally about systems and processes.
- Synthetically integrating and linking various data into a coherent whole.
- Able to handle the complexity of a cross-domain.
- Can take difficult decisions, based on his expertise.
- Good communication skills to the team, the supplier and the business
- Dutch, French, English : good knowledge
- Able to set up an efficient and result driven collaboration with people from all levels in different areas
