Job Description :
- Work place analyses , red - green analyses
- Stopwatching and executing time-and-motion study
- Calculating man or machine charge
- Capacity calculation of machines or groups work centres
- Updating time in ERP system
- Edit budget calculation of manpower
- Introducing process improvement in cooperation with the production and quality departments
- Calculation of return
- Calculation of standard cost, determine target time
- Validating standard time with methods and production departments
- Organising and leading meetings
Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the correct data (machine-hours and man-hours) in ERP-system
- Responsible for correct time in routings , per operation
- Draw up the definition of correction factors (RPV, repair, machine-time, ...)
Profil
Profile :
Education : technical bachelor degree or equivalent trough experience
Languages : Dutch and/or French; knowledge of English
Skills / Experience :
- Experience with product processes
- Experience in work analyses, work place studies, time-and-motion study
- Strong analytic mentality
- Strong computer skills Excel, Word, ERP-system
- Knowledge of SPC, Lean Manufacturing is an asset
