Junior Project Manager Lean
Description de la fonction
Role & MissionYou'll be in charge of all Lean activity at the Boom plant. You're responsible for trainings and the implementation of Lean principles.
Function- You'll map all processes and work on improvement actions.
- You'll spend quite some time on the production floor to get to a better organisation, together with the teams.
- Next to the lean activities on the production floor there are also some challenges in the administration: lean enterprise.
- You organise Kaizen events, problem solving meetings, …
- You motivate the people and are able to convince them of the benefits of visual management (team boards).
- You coordinate all local Lean activities.
- You provide your colleagues with trainings in continuous improvement and efficient working. You counsel them in (learning) how to use Lean techniques.
- You'll be in charge of meetings and streamlining all Lean activities with German HQ.
- You'll report directly to the plant manager.
Profil
- You've obtained a bachelor's degree or you are a master.
- 5S, kaizen, value stream maps, … are familiar concepts.
- You have at least minimal three years of experience in a production environment.
- Lean is your passion. Some years of experience are a must and pertinent trainings are an important asset.
- You know how to work autonomously and have a very good view on working successfully with colleagues.
- Good knowledge of English and Dutch are required. German is a strong asset.
- You have excellent communication skills.
