Junior product and sales manager
Description de la fonction
• During the starting phase, assist the existing PM team
• Prospecting and investigating into new markets under the leadership of the PM team .
• Visit suppliers and customers and develop Novasol NV value proposition to the market
• Develop sales in chosen areas and implement growth with the help of the team
• Develop knowledge and expertise in logistics and supply chain issues to reduce cost and improve efficiency
• Develop leadership skills to become head of department
Profil
1.1 Education and background
Preferably masters in economics or equivalent. A couple of year of experience in sales and marketing is a must. A proven track record in chemical distribution an asset.
1.2 Knowledge and skills
• languages : French or Dutch
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Any other language (German, Italian, Spanish, other ) is an asset
• Computer literacy : Knowledge of Word and Excel tools
Ability to understand and work on IT business tools
• Good administration skills
