Junior Order Processor (Ger-Eng-Turk) for company in Geel (m/f)

For one of our clients, an international company specialised in security systems in the region of Geel, we are currently looking for a Junior Order Processor with strong German and English and good knowledge of Turkish.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Liaison between Customers, Sales, Service and manufacturing facilities;
- Sales Order processing: receipt, check, entry;
- Order managing: order flow tracking and follow up with customers;
- Purchase order entry + follow up;
- Processing customer invoices;
- Backup and support for other order processors;
In this position you will be responsible for all sales orders processed for a specific region.
As the business grows the responsibilities and activities of this job will increase. As part of a team, the candidate is expected to develop interest in other aspects of the department.
Profil
Requirements for this position:
- you have a higher education degree (Bachelor or Master level);
- you are fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) and have a good knowledge of Turkish;
- you are computer literate and have experience with Excel and SAP;
- your personality is open-minded, accurate (accuracy over speed), eagerness to learn, committed to the job, communicative, responsible, proactive, willing to take initiatives, capable to solve problems and handle stress.
