Esko Artwork is the worldwide market leader with software for packaging buyers, designers and manufacturers and hardware products (CDI computer-to-plate imagers, flexible cutting & creasing tables) for the packaging, label, sign and display industries.

Function

You are part of an Inside Sales team and you focus on selling products over the phone (mostly software, as well as add-on services), within the packaging & pre-press industry and the sign & display market, to both existing customers and prospects.

Your main tasks will be:

• Contact a pre-defined selection of qualified leads and prospects and introduce the products and services of the company. You will be in charge of the country UK.
• Identify decision makers within target companies.
• Create and follow up proposals
• Obtain a successful conclusion to the call by means of commercial arguments.
• Build and maintain a solid relationship with prospects and customers
• Achieve monthly defined targets and objectives
• Maintain an accurate lead and prospect database including pipeline and forecast information

Profile

• Min. 2 years inside sales experience. Experience in selling software is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-oriented
• Language skills: Native English
• Self motivated, with a positive outlook
• Confident, articulate and persuasive on the phone when dealing with people at all levels
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong team focus
