Inside Sales Representative needed for Mechelen (Eng- Ital- Fr)

Our client, an international company based in Mechelen, is currently looking for an extra Italian colleague with fluent English /French and if possible Spanish. The employee fields customer inquiries via telephone or email and identifies and evaluates customer needs. Converting customer needs to quotes and orders for the appropriate product, program or services. Developing business opportunities for the company's products and services by contacting existing and potential customers. Applying the principles described in the five key elements of the company's Inside Sales Call Process to support annual marketing plan.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries to develop relationships, identify customer needs and convert them to orders.
· Execute orders using the company's business system, while setting appropriate delivery expectations and other terms of sale in accordance with company guidelines.
· Plan and execute a sales call-out schedule for assigned existing and potential customers. Maintain current and accurate information on each account.
· Substitute and price products to maximize utilization of available products.
· Conduct post sales follow-up calls. Review and update quotes to ensure accuracy and completeness of information and update contact management information by calling customers based on an Outbound Call List as directed.
· Inside Sales Representative duties include creating quotes and developing additional outlets and sources for equipment.
· Work closely with other Inside Sales Representatives and the Account Manager of your region.
· Occasionally perform special tasks as assigned.
Profil
The candidates we are looking for should answer to following requirements / qualifications:
· Successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Italian and French with an excellent command of all Microsoft Office programs.
· Knowledge typically gained through 2 years inside sales experience or other experience dealing directly with customers.
· Experience in Electronics or T&M is certainly a plus.
· Person must be very organized and able to multi-task on several concurrent but different projects all while maintaining various timelines for completion.
· Truly must be an independent self-starter who thrives on task completion.
· Candidate must be able to work without constant direct supervision, be a bona fide self-starter, and seek ways to streamline his or her work processes to maximize personal productivity and generate revenue opportunities.
