For our client Toyota Motor Europe in Evere, we are currently recruiting a HR Recruitment & Division Assistant for a temporary assignment of 3 to 6 months.
Description:
To support the recruiters at every step of the recruitment process, in an efficient and timely manner (80%);
General administrative support to the C&B (Compensation & Benefits) & RP (Resource Planning) Department (20%);
Responsibilities:
- You post positions on various internal and external recruitment channels;
- You respond to applicants with the necessary feedback;
- You plan and invite candidates for interviews;
- You manage the recruiters' agendas;
- You draft standard contracts;
- You take care of the preparation of documents and filing ;
- You provide assistance with the implementation of various HR projects;
- You follow up on recruitment and divisional related expenses;
- You run standard reports;
- You are responsible of the general administration for the Department;
Profil
Profile:
- Secretarial education;
- First work experience required;
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills;
- Good knowledge of MS-office tools (Word & Excel);
- Good communication skills;
- Team player;
- Proficiency level in English any other European language is an asset;
Offre
