HR Coordinator English/French/Dutch

" Prepares the employee file for new hires from A to Z, updating all related data. Ensures all new employees receive a company induction and explains all benefits related issues.
" Manages the process of departing employees.
" Ensures all HR admin & payroll is taken care off in a timely & efficient manner and ensures the timely production of required reporting. This includes: collection and preparation of all payroll data and documents, contacts with payroll provider, being the contact point with the internal accounting department, managing the car fleet, health and pension insurances.
" Ensures that agreed compensation and benefits structures are implemented and monitored on a proper execution and acts as first line in employee related legal, social security, and pension matters.
" Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with employees and local management and responds to their enquiries in a timely manner.
" Prepares ad-hoc reporting using all HR related data.
" Assists the HR Director in his activities and is actively involved in various HR processes.
Profil
The HR Coordinator reports to the HR Director and works closely with the Finance Department. He/she is the first point of contact for employees regarding HR related questions.
" A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a HR department.
" A good knowledge of the Belgium Social Law.
" Being stress resistant, able to work proactively and as a team player.
" Possessing good organisational skills and a high level of discretion and professionalism.
" Have an eye for detail and like to work with people and numbers.
" Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch or French.
" Knowledge of the main software applications.
