Our client delivers services concerning audit, advisory and tax for clients in the private and the public sector in Belgium and worldwide. There are working approximately 1400 people in the Belgian branches (Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent and Liège). Currently, we are looking for Functional Analyst for the Brussels branch.
FUNCTIONAL ANALYST

As a Business Process Analyst, your role & responsibilities are to: o Collect, understand and transmit the business requirements and translate these into functional specifications; o review existing solutions with the business to ensure that these solutions are still in line with the actual needs; o initiate and execute process enhancements and reviews; o elicit requirements using meeting, document analysis, requirements workshops, tasks and workflow analysis; o proactively communicate and collaborate with internal clients to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver the business requirements document, functional analysis, use cases…; o collaborate with the other IT persons to put in place appropriate solutions; o participate to the creation of the test scenarios and ensure the correct follow-up of the results; o be the link between business units and technology teams; o perform the supervision of the projects to ensure that the solutions are in line with the business requirements (validate the solution with the business); o work closely with the project manager and report progress and issues to him; o document existing process "as is" and analyse the "to be" ones with the business. The domain of applications development is: Lotus Notes, NET, Java, SAP
Profil
o Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent through experience; o you have minimum 5 years of experience in an equivalent function; o you have the ability to manage complex projects; o you have excellent analytical and communication skills in English, Dutch and French; o you have knowledge in Prince2 and/or Scrum; o you are a team player and you are customer-oriented.
