As a Financial Modeller you will:
- analyse and validate the financial, commercial, operational and strategic assumptions underpinning a transaction or a restructuring;
- work with family-owned businesses, growing companies, larger coprotations, infrastructure funds and private-equity institutions;
- assist in indepht financial modelling and in reviewing financial models used in project finance and/or in public private partnerships;
- assist in both econometric and benchmarking analyses within various contexts;
- work on valuation assignments, analysing the value of companies for M&A, financial reporting or restructuring purposes.
