Finance Director Europe

Many challenges
You will supervise all financial operational activities (account payables/receivables, VAT, ....). You will be assisted by a small accountancy staff. You will provide full accountancy services including preparation of estimates, budgets and final accounts for a profit centre. You will also assist in the development of business plans and manage complex financial projects. You will prepare and monitor cash flow projections. You will report to the CFO of the US headquarters, with whom you have a very active exchange of ideas and data.
Profil
An experienced professional
You have a degree in Finance and 7-10 years of successful experience in accounting in an international environment. This experience was obtained within a small team in a flexible, flat and changing organization. As a result, you show a high level of hands-on management ability. You are efficient, extremely analytical and have good organizational skills. You are fluent in English and Dutch. Knowledge of French is a plus. You are an experienced ERP-user.
