Dynamic Evening Secretary for international lawyer's office in Brussels (m/f)

For one of our clients, a successful lawyer's office in Brussels, we are currently looking for an Evening Secretary.
Your duties will be:
- Typing and word-processing, proof reading of work to ensure that completed documents have been produced to an appropriately high standard. Providing a confidential P.A. service to the partners on any department related matters;
- Maintaining an effective and up to date filing system which ensures easy retrieval of relevant materials;
- Answering telephone calls promptly in the company's manner. Full message taking, actioning and following up. Checking of voicemail regularly and responding to messages where appropriate;
- Extensive email management, including printing/distributing/filing all deal or department related emails as appropriate and dealing with queries in partner's absence;
- Extensive diary management including coordinating and arranging meetings using Calendar (electronic diary system). Following up where appropriate;
- Co-ordinating, cancelling/rearranging meeting and travel arrangements for visitors (clients), liaising with reception;
- Inputting and updating of address books as and when necessary, compiling and updating circulation lists;
- Day to day administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of the office; dealing with service departments, organising photocopying etc. in timely fashion;
- Preparation of presentation slides for fee earners/clients on either PowerPoint or Visio; creating tables in Excel;
- Liaising closely with receptionists to ensure clients/fee earners receive a comprehensive support service at all times;
- At their request, finishing or taking over work from daytime secretaries;
- Keeping flexible in assisting/supporting fee earners(s);
- Dealing with the partner's personal matters as and when necessary;
Profil
For this position, we are looking for a candidate corresponding to following requirements:
Education/languages:
- Good secretarial skills with a formal secretarial qualification.
- Very good working knowledge (mother tongue level) of English and knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
- Good technical skills to include fast, accurate typing with experience of windows based packages including excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Offre
Our client offers you a fixed contract for a 20 hours week. You will receive an attractive salary package with fringe benefits.
