CUSTOMS SUPERVISOR
Description de la fonction
You are responsible for the customs operations within UPS and manage your team to ensure an efficient functioning of your department
- Allocate tasks and if necessary make adjustments
- Coach your people
- Assist the declarants with customs declarations
- Train your people
- Follow-up of customer accounts
- Investigate and resolve complaints in regards to customs, billing,....
- Implement new procedures to ensure a smooth run of the operations
- Responsible for reporting and analysis
Profil
- Minimum a Bachelor degree
- Knowledge of customs, VAT and duty procedures
- Experience in import/export clearance
- Knowledge of MS Office and Seagha-PLDA application
- Good communication skills in Dutch,French and English
- Strong communication, organizational,motivation and leadership skills
- Stress-resistant and pro-active
- Ability to manage a workgroup
