Our clien is looking for a Customer Service Agent. You play a key role in ensuring that the customer gets his/her order on time and in the perfect condition. Within a team of 4 people, you will work autonomously with your own responsibilities while being able to take reasonable initiatives to constantly improve your work.

You act as an important point of contact for the customers
You manage on your own your portfolio of customers
You manage from A to Z the process starting from the customer orders until the delivery
You are responsible for building a strong relationship on the long term with your customers
You ensure optimal customer satisfaction at any time
You manage complete claim handling process and quickly suggest solutions
You are a key person of contact for our sales team
Profil
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English (it is a must for this role)
You are a young motivated person willing to learn and to develop yourself in a customer service within an international company
You are computer literate with standard office applications, basic knowledge of order entry systems / modules
You are very much customer oriented and possess strong problem solving skills
You know how to set priorities
You are a great communicator
You are self-motivated with a positive mindset
