Support the business growth objectives through a management of the entire order to cash process in their dedicated area
One face to the customer, responsible of end to end process, from order management, to cash collection activities, supporting the Sales organization, granting customers a high service level.
• Handle customer queries and claims timely and accurately with the highest level of customer service standards
• Manage customer product mix using applications and processes designed to support service delivery
• Ensure optimal relationship with the customer by proactively communicating with key contacts
• Ensure all customer data are accurate and up-to-date
• Input of customer orders and ensure accuracy at all times
• Handle returns within the set guidelines
• Provide proactive sales support and use every sales opportunity
• Provide account managers with customer related information
• Provide information about customer feedback on products
Profil
• Previous professional experience working in a customer facing role (ideally in a customer service environment)
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English
• Very good numerical skills
• Good commercial skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Aptitude for systems; knowledge of Baan or SAP is a clear advantage
• Very good customer focused written and spoken communication skills
• Good relationship management and negotiation skills
Offre
- salary: €2200-€2400 (depends on the experience of the candidate)
