Description de la fonction
As Customer Care Executive, you are:
* the 1st point of contact for customers using our client's products in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
* conducting day-to-day support issues for the internal and external customers
* offering them impeccable service
* providing answers to questions concerning price, service contracts, service interventions and special requests from the sales and/or from the service business
* focussing on quality through the QMS systems
Profil
* Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written). Additional knowledge of French is an asset.
* experienced in customer relations (call center, customer care agent, etc.)
* excellent communication skills and team player
* strong interpersonal skills and customer focused approach, service mindset
* precise and organized, able to multitask
* very good command of MS-Office suite
* ERP (SAP, etc) experience is a qualified plus!
