The Configuration and ERP Engineer organizes and executes the introduction, surveillance and updating of Customer Technical Data and procedures into Asco PLM.
He/She creates and controls the configuration of all customers’ items in our Asco ERP.
1. Mapics Items definition
Create and maintain the “Bills of Material”, the “Item Definition” in Mapics, in order to ensure correct item definition.
2. Routings sheets and Manufacturing orders
Create and maintain routings sheets and manufacturing orders up to date for all parts manufactured, in order to ensure that the manufactured configuration is compliant with the customer required configuration baseline.
3. Technical Instructions
Create and maintain technical instructions up to date for all parts manufactured, in order to ensure the subcontracted configuration is in line with the customer required configuration baseline
4. Maintain Enovia Technical Documents database
Introduce and classify the data (3D models, 2D drawings, specifications and procedures) in Asco Group PLM (Enovia) in order to ensure availability of documents to all Asco users.
5. Surveillance of customer website and exchange of data
Survey the customer’s websites/portals for new and updated documents, in accordance with the surveillance planning.
