- Information and responsible person towards the Auditor's and Court of Audit
- Registration of yearly accounts
- Management of the a yearly detailed budget
- Analysis and comparison between actual -budget
- Portfolio overview
- Portfolios: define amortization table by project , invoicing orders , payment to clients, follow-up of the payment process (interest, fees, registration of travel costs), follow-up of the completion of incomes (dividends - exit)
Financial- Exchange risk coverage
- Define payment mandates (suppliers, salaries, projects)
- Treasury management
- Define amortization tables by project including coverage of exchange risk
Taxes- VAT registration and control
- Taxes statements of the Company and controls
- Taxes commitments
- Several taxes issues related to projects (reimbursement of foreign taxes information duties towards foreign financial institutions .)
Varia- Back-up payroll administration
- Insurance of investment portfolio :
o monitoring of charged premium
o half yearly reporting
- Confirmation balance to Auditors' Clients
