As a Customer Service Advisor, you handle several questions and problems concerning multiple large brands in Belgium in a professional and client-oriented manner.
- You act in an advisory role, offering effective and efficient solutions for potential or existing clients
- In constant interaction with private clients, you offer made-to-measure advice, answer questions, take orders and handle complaints.
- You find the right answers and/or correct diagnose when solving problems and questions
- You ensure the administrative management, treatment and follow-up of inbound calls.
