Our client delivers services concerning audit, advisory and tax for clients in the private and the public sector in Belgium and worldwide. There are working approximately 1400 people in the Belgian branches (Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent and Liège). Currently, we are looking for a Business process analyst for the Brussels branch.
BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST

As a Business Process Analyst, your role & responsibilities are to: o Develop and document the to-be business processes; o prepare business process definitions, process charts and associated documentation using a range of business process analysis tools (ARIS) and techniques; o ensure that the system and business process continue to meet end users' needs; o conduct interviews, research, capture procedures and write documents to completely and accurately capture organizational knowledge and practices and to drive process improvements and efficiencies across the business; o analyze the impact of change (business or IT triggered); o communicate requirements, changes and other information that flows between the business and IT departments; o manage perceptions of performance in post go-live environments.
Profil
o Bachelor or Master degree; o you have minimum 5 years of experience in business process analysis and process modulation; o you have good knowledge of ARIS and BPMN; o you have strong analytical and communication skills; o you have change management skills; o you are able to modelize the current process and workflows and to simulate the "what if" and "to be" scenarios; o you are able to identify immediate process and procedural changes that improve overall process performance; o you have good knowledge of Dutch, English and French
