· Ensure the follow-up of financial files
· Analyse, control and carry out the instructions
· Collect and dispatch the information
· Follow procedures, update filing
· Daily contact with clients or other department mainly by email
Profil
· Bachelor's degree
· Fluent in English
· Proficient in MS Office (Word-Excel-Lotus Notes)
· Problem solving mind
· Able to prioritize
· Risk mind/ Analytical mind
· Able to work in shift
