As assistant manager of the Production Engineering Division, you will participate in production planning and production engineering activities:
NEW PROJECT PRODUCTION PLANNING (Car Interior parts production process)
- Drawing up equipment lists
- Developing equipment specifications
- Process planning and scheduling layout of new plant
PRODUCTION ENGINEERING- Ordering, scheduling, designing, specifying and managing of daily schedules for equipment to manufacture seats and door interior processing lines
- Observing and monitoring manufacturing process trials and machine adjustments
- Realizing equipment and process improvements
- Organizing and coordinating preparation activities for the manufacturing processes
- Trouble shooting and problem solving for continuous improvement on facility and manufacturing processes
- Kaizen on production lines (Kaizen is a special Toyota word meaning continuous improvement)
- Planning, leading, organizing and controlling daily functions
- Coordinating and communicating with Toyota Boshoku Japan, Production Engineering Department
