For one of our clients, an international health insurance company, we are currently looking for an:
Account Manager in Brussels
Description de la fonction
• Develop strategic relationships with TPA's and Providers throughout Europe
• Negotiating with Providers in order to enter into contracted relationships with our client.
• Negotiate Direct Settlement agreements with Providers, where possible using the standard contract.
• Negotiate % Discounts with the Provider.
• Produce reports and updates regarding the progress of targets.
• Ownership for Provider data, ensuring data accuracy which provides the basis for sound Business decisions.
• Working across departments to resolve provider related service issues, owning and managing issues to closure.
Profil
• Fluent in French and English, additional languages are an advantage.
• Negotiating complex supplier contracts
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar function
• Supplier relationship management and the ability to foster long-term relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Tendering services
• Comfortable working with numbers and complex data sets
• A proactive individual and a self-starter
• Excellent leadership qualities and the ability to delegate effectively.
• Proven track record in people management
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of relationship management between internal depts.
• Well organized and able to prioritize workload.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to motivate a team
