Function
As Junior Marketing Data Management Assistant, you have the responsibility to maintain the factual information of the market (wholesaler, clients, contracts, brand, volume, profit.) which constantly changes in order to help the trade & marketing team to take the most convenient decision to keep the performance. As Junior Marketing Data Management Assistant, you are working with several databases: Database for the external sales (+/- 70 users):
- You assist in executing Business Administration activities in the DB, such as: product management, merchandising and contract management, cycle and mid-cycle planning coordination and follow-up, territory/outlet/visits/suppliers switches, predefined queries management, suppliers and accounts maintenance.
- Responsible for the data consistency and accuracy through regular consistency checks
- Responsible for extraction, importation of products and prices, and exportation of movements in the database
- Maintain Market Coverage by uploads of wholesalers data and by chasing the wholesalers to ensure respect of agreed deadlines, and this in order to guarantee data consistency and pro-active ability to react to market changes.
- Perform necessary adaptations and manipulations of the data within the wholesalers files to make them system compliant prior to the loading.
Profile
- You are a good communicator in several languages (French, English, Dutch - trainings foreseen)
- Junior candidates without experience are welcome too !
